Domestic Shipping (South Africa)

We offer Free Shipping anywhere in South Africa.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

International Shipping

We ship internationally to all countries.

• Delivered within 8–14 business days depending on destination
• International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Processing

• Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
• During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
• Once dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking details.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
